PAYING FOR YOUR SEATS: "DELTIC 22" policy for railtour bookings for reserved seats is strictly payment in advance of the tour. We always prefer credit/debit card, cheque or postal order payments for railtour bookings. Cash can be accepted under certain conditions. Those wishing to pay cash for their reserved seats must now arrange for the exact amount of cash to be delivered to Beaver Sports no less than four weeks before a tour is due to go off so it can be included with the bulk banking we do before tickets go out. The individual would be responsible for ensuring delivery is secure (e.g. recorded or hand delivery) and notifying Beaver Sports that it is on it's way. If payment is not received then the booking would be declined by us and the individual would be left to deal directly with the promoter and their pay-on-the-day arrangements for any spare seats they might have.
